When a community knows how to manage it’s habitats and people, everything changes.
Queen Mothers In Action Africa (QMIAA) is transforming influence into governance. We merge the wisdom of Ghana’s traditional ‘Stool’ with the professional rules of the ‘Boardroom,’ uniting 28 towns under a legally incorporated framework for sustainable growth.
Traditional Authority Meets Modern Collaborations
Where the Stool Meets the Boardroom.
Too many talents fade simply because no one saw them early enough.
When parents and communities pay attention at home, in school, and on the playground children get the guidance, confidence, and opportunities they need to grow their strengths into real skills. We help families and local leaders recognize talent early and support each child’s path toward a successful, purpose-driven adulthood.
Spot it early, nurture it daily!

THE DREAM
The Queen Mothers’ Vision for Gomoa Fetteh
The Queen Mothers’ vision is simple, and it is ambitious in the right way: to make Gomoa Fetteh a place where people can build a future without having to leave home to find it.
That means creating the foundations that opportunity needs, practical skills training, safe systems, and the infrastructure that holds it all together, so progress does not depend on luck or one-off support.
Strategic partnerships turn that vision into something real and reliable. They fund the early build, the training, the equipment, the safety capacity, and the setup that makes delivery consistent, with outcomes people can see and trust

Skills Training Centre
The Skills Training Centre will offer apprenticeship-led training in fashion, beauty, and hospitality, helping people build livelihoods and launch local enterprises.

Health and Safety Unit
The Health and Safety Unit will train more first aid, CPR, emergency response, fire safety, and ambulance support for stronger community readiness.

Transport Unit
The Transport Unit will improve mobility across the area, pairing a 28-town bus system with fleet maintenance training.

Clean Water
Clean Water: Rainwater harvesting will be upgraded with filtration to secure clean water, increasing available fresh water supply.

Energy Autonomy
Solar adoption will strengthen energy supply, cutting running costs and protecting essential programmes from power disruption.

Young Men and Women’s entrepreneurship
Enterprise pathways will help young men & women turn skills into income, strengthening families and local opportunity.
Donation is not the only means
How can you help?
Gomoa fetteh is one of those rare coastal communities where momentum is building quietly, then all at once, it’s ready to be seen. Set along the Accra–Winneba highway about an hour west of Accra, it combines strategic access with an under-discovered shoreline and a growing flow of visitors looking for something calmer, cleaner, and more authentic than the usual hotspots. Investing here isn’t just a “good location” decision, it’s a chance to be an early builder of the local economy! hospitality, retail, services, logistics, food, training, and community infrastructure that creates jobs and keeps value circulating locally.
Love for Coast? Here we have the cleanest.
Gomoa Fetteh is now the premier weekend destination for Accra, anchored by world-class resorts, stunning, under-discovered coastlines and a new 10,000-seat convention and trade exhibition centre. A prime, secure environment for eco-tourism
