About Us
QMIAA is led by Queen Mothers and shaped by the community. We take trust seriously, so we document what we do, set clear responsibilities, and keep communication straightforward. We work to make it so that supporters never have to guess what their contribution is doing, or where the work is heading. In January 2026, we transformed influence into Governance. Queen Mothers In Action Africa (QMIAA) was legally incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee.
OUR STORY
QMIAA grew out of everyday reality in Gomoa Fetteh, people with talent, families working hard, and Queen Mothers already holding communities together behind the scenes. The next step was clear: bring that leadership into a structure that can attract support, coordinate programmes, and keep progress consistent. We’re building QMIAA so youth can see more opportunities locally, and the community can move forward with a strong plan.

OUR APPROACH
QMIAA is designed to grow responsibly. We start with strong foundations, clear roles, simple systems, and honest updates, then deliver programmes in phases as capacity builds. We focus on work that can be repeated, improved, and sustained, so progress is not only visible in the moment, but dependable over time.
MISSION
What we do, on purpose, every day. QMIAA exists to help people in Gomoa.
QMIAA exists to help people in Gomoa Fetteh and the surrounding towns access practical training, safer services, and real routes into work or enterprise, backed by transparent systems that donors and partners can trust.
VISION
What “success” looks like when the work has had time to grow.
A thriving Gomoa Fetteh where local talent is captured, organised, and supported through solid community systems, so opportunity grows at home and strengthens the wider nation.
OUR VALUES
How we work
QMIAA is led by community-first thinking, trust with structure, resilience, transparency, and practical dignity. We protect what the community already has, then we build the systems that make progress reliable.
